Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the total rental fee is fully paid and a confirmation email has been sent.
Pricing
Prices fluctuate based on availability and demand and are subject to change without notice. Once full payment is received, the booking price is guaranteed.
Payment
All payments are non-refundable. If a reservation is canceled, the full payment amount is forfeited. We recommend obtaining holiday cancellation insurance for protection in case unforeseen events force a cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if payment is suspected of being fraudulent. Additionally, we retain the right to refuse any booking and, in exceptional cases, to cancel or alter existing arrangements.
Force Majeure
In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of all monies paid for the booking will be issued.
Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, payable via PayPal or cash. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, contingent on a property inspection.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is strictly between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, check-ins cannot be accommodated after 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
Occupancy
The property is designated for holiday purposes only, accommodating a maximum of 5 guests. Extra guests may incur additional fees or lead to booking cancellation.
Conduct and Damages
Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damages or additional cleaning needs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Liability
The property owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, or the loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Changes to Terms
The owner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
House Rules
No Parties or Events
- Hen or Stag Parties: Hen or stag parties are strictly prohibited.
- No Parties or Events: Events, including beach parties, “Kellys/Lush nights,” and similar gatherings, are not allowed. Parties will be reported to the police, and guests may be removed immediately.
Minimum Age Requirement
Bookings can only be made by individuals aged 25 and above, except when guests are part of a family group.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If smoking is detected, £100 from the security deposit will be retained for cleaning costs.
Towels
White towels are for indoor use only. Fees may apply if towels are damaged by makeup, fake tan, or other substances. Please avoid taking towels to the beach.
Candles
Burning candles inside the property is not permitted.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, loud music, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
Pets
- Dogs: Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including in the garden. Additional cleaning costs up to £100 may be deducted from the security deposit if necessary.
Parking
Please use the designated driveway for parking and avoid blocking neighbours’ driveways.
Cleanliness Upon Departure
Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition:
- Dishes: Wash all used dishes.
- Rubbish: Dispose of rubbish in bin liners and place in the outside wheelie bins.
- Oven: If used, the oven should be cleaned and free from grease. A £50 fee may be deducted from the security deposit if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
By proceeding with your booking, you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and house rules outlined above. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
